No Refund Policy
- All products sold on Svayanirah are non-refundable.
- Once an order is placed and confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including customer preference, scent sensitivity, or change of mind.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Replacement Policy (Only If Applicable)
Replacements are permitted only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged or broken.
- The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered).
Conditions for replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photo/video proof of the damage or incorrect item is mandatory.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and returned with original packaging intact.
- Once approved, the replacement will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned product.

Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- Svayanirah reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability, technical issues, or operational constraints. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

- Customized or personalized fragrance orders are strictly non-returnable and non-replaceable, unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
- Any damage occurring during return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
